India’s largest mobile operator Airtel is now implementing this facility all over INDIA. Soon many mobile operators will engage in this service.

Airtel offers users to send tweets @ Rs 1 and its absolutely free to receive tweets.

Twitter Co-Founder Biz Stone says “Our partnership with  Airtel, the largest mobile operator in India, means a huge population of people can now send tweets at standard rates and receive tweets for free.”

What is Twitter?

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers. What’s new with Twitter @ Airtel?

Users can send and receive tweets via the Twitter website, Short Message Service (SMS) or external applications. The service today in India works only on a web or a WAP site (basically needing the consumer to be internet ready). Finally Twitter will be available in India on SMS only on the Airtel network. There is exclusive period, in which only Airtel consumers will be able to use the service on SMS across the nation.

How does one register for Twitter?

New User

• SMS Signup to 53000 @ Re 1 per SMS

• Follow instructions to go ahead and complete the registration

Existing User – Wanting to link their device to the Twitter A/c

The reason for failure of vista is basically due to difficult GUI and slow processing speed. Microsoft in its new face windows seven basically tries to eradicate these things.

Sneak Peek: Want to see wats in your desktop without doing any shortcut keys? (windows +m)  Windows seven added a new facility in its super bar  called sneak peek . jus click on that sneak button on the right bottom of the sidebar. the desktop will appear with currently opened windows become invisible

Minimizing the windows other than currently active window

If you have opened 5 windows and want to minimize four windows other than currently working window then its easy using mouse drag. Simply click and hold the window and jus drag or shake around two times.. All the windows will get minimized without any shortcut.

Tiling facility of Windows Seven

want to compare two folders and want to make any change ? Vista doesn’t allow two windows to be active at a time(vista allows only tiling option ). Here in Seven click and drag the window to four edges of the desktop ,it will get docked there. Now you can do other window like same way and work on two windows simultaneously.

Multiple Desktops

Like linux Windows have created multiple desktop option in Seven . You can switch between multiple desktops and monitor the work and switch back again ( this feature very useful for programmers)

The fact is that in Windows Seven you can use as many 256 Desktops in a single machine.

Paint Gets Overhauled

Windows paint tool is now completely revamped to a new tool which looks similar to photoshop.

Windows Gets two new Calculators:

Windows have traditional and scientific calculators in its previous versions. Here in Seven two new calculators have been added which is very useful for programmers and developers

Firefox 4.0 Features

Apparently there are 2 main changes which may be introduced in Firefox 4, a bookmarks widget and a bookmarks tool bar along with a combined go/stop/refresh button and there is intention to make the latest firefox the most user customizable to date.

In addition, Mozilla summarizes the pros and cons of the two designs.

Positives:
- Save Vertical Space
- Efficiency/Remove Visual Complexity – Right now the tabs have to be connected to something. So we are adding an extra visual element for them to connect to.
- Shorter Mouse Distance to Page Controls

Negatives:
- Breaks Consistency/Familiarity – Moving things confuses existing users.
- Title is MIA – With the space removed from the title bar you only get the truncated version in the tab.
- Longer Mouse Distance to Tabs – Takes longer to mouse to a tab.
- Lost Space – Sandwiched in between the application icon and the window widgets you lose some space.

Combo Stop/Refresh/Go Button.

Attached at the end of the location bar.

• Turns green when you start typing.
• Blends with the location bar when at rest.
• Turns blue on hover.
• Turns red when a page is loading.

The proposed iconography is mostly colorless. Adding color to these temporary action driven buttons will make it more obvious something is going on.

To get the Windows XP CD key, you have to do the following steps. Just follow the following steps and find Windows XP cd key into your windows XP CD.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO FIND WINDOWS XP CD KEY:

1. 1.Bring your Windows XP CD and insert it into your computer’s CD/DVD ROM/ RAM.
2. 2.Now, browse your Windows XP CD and find the folder I386.
3. 3.Inside I386 folder, find the file named as unattended.txt.
4. 4.Open unattended.txt by using notepad.
5. 5.At last, keep scrolling of the opened file and you will get Windows XP CD key. (See Pic Below)

May be I think this is the blunder mistake by Microsoft.. Anyways we don’t have to buy original Products..
